I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Baguio. the location was perfect - very near the mall at the Session area, making it convenient for a night walk or shopping spree. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and a ceiling fan to keep cool during the warm weather. this hotel offers great value for money with its convenient location, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location is excellent as it is very near the mall at Session area and other tourist spots in Baguio. Everything is so accessible! Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel instantly welcomed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including AC in the bedroom and a good view. Plus, the breakfast, although not included, had decent portions and was delicious.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

I liked that the area was quiet and the hotel is right next the SM Baguio mall. Normally, the price for our room would be around $75 per night. We arrived during the promo period and got the room for about $35 per night, which is a good price for the accommodations. The staff is mostly young people, who are very polite and helpful.
Four things I didn't like: 1) Unable to obtain a Wi-Fi signal inside our room. 2) Minor amount of mold and mildew in the shower. 3) The shower head was stopped up with crud, and I had a difficult time getting it to spray water. 4) The bottom of the bathroom threshold is about 1.5 inches high, which is a safety hazard. I tripped once while entering the bathroom.

It's strategic to most tourist destinations in Baguio. We usually just walk to and from Casa Vallejo.
The carpet stinks. We couldn't open the windows because the staff told us that the hotel is old so we might end up breaking the glass windows. I only recommend this hotel for those who are on a budget.

Located in the heart of the city, close to all tourist destinations and essential amenities, this hotel offers cozy, comfortable and well, equipped rooms with a classic feel. Some rooms have heaters and are well, appointed with comfortable beds. the restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with great food quality and service.
The Wi, Fi signal in the rooms is weak, and for a few guests, the service at the restaurant was unsatisfactory.

Everything to like - excellent, professional, friendly and helpful staff who goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. Restaurant's food and view is great, rooms are spacious and comfortable, Location is fantastic - close to shopping, sites, transportation. I think one of the best places in Baguio City and very good value for money to boot. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone unreservedly.
Given the fact that Baguio City has the most wonderful selection of fresh fruit, I would recommend that this forms part of the breakfast which is included in the room price.
